Martin was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and immigrated to the United States when he was 13 years old.  He remains fluent in his native language, choosing to speak Czech with his parents and other family members.  He graduated from Washington State University in 1989 with a B.A. in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.  He then attended Gonzaga University School of Law, obtaining his law degree in 1993.  Immediately after attaining his Bar license, Martin opened his own law practice.  He focused his practice on representation of injured parties in personal injury cases, as well as those involved with domestic relations cases.  He is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  Martin and his wife, Dana, have three adult children (Kelsey, Alex, and Tyler) and two grandchildren (Andrew and Mila).  Martin is an avid hockey player, and coached his boys throughout their youth hockey for many years.  In warmer months, he enjoys being outdoors, biking, boating, and wake surfing with his family.

Associate Attorney

Tyler was born and raised in Spokane, Washington.  He grew up playing hockey at a very competitive level, traveling throughout North America and Canada to play.  He played collegiate hockey at Bethel University for two years, while pursuing a degree in Health Sciences.  He then returned to Spokane to graduate from Whitworth University with a B.S. in Kinesiology.  Shortly thereafter, he joined Peltram Law, and began the Washington State APR 6 program, pursuing his dream of becoming an attorney.  Tyler was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2022.  Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and is still active in the Spokane hockey community, as well as being an avid golfer.  He and his wife, Keara, are new parents to their beautiful daughter, Mila. As a family, they enjoy playing golf, and hiking with their dog, Rori.

Dana was born and raised in Omak, Washington, moving to Spokane after high school.  She was employed at a personal injury firm for over fifteen years, where she worked primarily as a case manager.  While at this firm, Dana met Martin while he was in law school and interning there.  She eventually joined Peltram Law after its establishment, where she is employed as a paralegal and office manager.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with their kids, grandchildren, their Rotti (Zenek), and their grand-pups.  Dana also recently authored a children’s book: “The Rotti and the Wolf”.

Tessa was born in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Shortly thereafter, her family relocated back to their roots in Okanogan, Washington, where she spent her childhood.  Tessa took her first step into the legal profession at a local law firm in her hometown.  After deciding to broaden her horizon and move to Spokane, Tessa joined our team in October 2020 as a legal assistant.  In 2023, she transferred into the role as Tyler’s paralegal.  In her free time, Tessa is active in the Spokane adult volleyball and softball community.  She also enjoys reading and kayaking, and in the winter months, snowboarding at Mt. Spokane.

Miranda was born and raised in Lynden, Washington, she moved to Texas after high school to attend the University of Texas at Arlington from which she graduated in 2020.  After serving with AmeriCorps, Miranda moved to Spokane, Washington in 2021 to pursue her Master’s Degree at Gonzaga University, joining our team in 2022.  When you call Peltram Law, Miranda will be the first friendly voice to assist you.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, be it at the lake, up on the mountain, or on the golf course.
